खेती की वह प्रणाली जिसमें उर्वरकों, कीटनाशकों ,कवकनाशी, शाकनाशकों, व वृद्धि नियंत्रकों आदि का प्रयोग नही होता । इस प्रकार की खेती में दलहन फसलों फसल चक्र , मिश्रित खेती , पशु से प्राप्त जीवांश खादों , फसल अवषेशों के प्रबंध , हरी खाद , बीमारियों , कीटों व खरपतवारों का नियंत्रण जैविक विधियों से करते हैं।
Farming system that does not use fertilizers, pesticides, fungicide, pesticides, and growth controllers etc. In this type of cultivation, pulses crops control crop cycle, mixed farming, biological fertilizers, animal husbandry, management of crop plants, green manure, diseases, insects and weeds from biological methods.

सिंचाई की विधियाँ -Methods of irrigation   भारत मे सिचाई की किसी एक विधि को नही अपनाया जा सकता, क्योंकि यहां कृषि की दशाएं असमान हैं। अतः सिचाई की कई विधियों का प्रयोग किया जाता है । सिचाई की विधियों को निम्न भागों में बांटा गया है - (A) सतही सिंचाई (Surface irrigation)-   सतही सिंचाई को कई तरीके से दिया जा सकता है । आमतौर पर जमीन की ऊपरी सतह पर पानी देने को ही सतही सिंचाई कहते है । इसके प्रकार निम्न हैं-  (1) Flood irrigation - अधिक भूमि में सिंचाई करने के लिये इस विधि को अपनाया जाता है ,इस विधि को असमान भूमि , छिटकवां विधि से बोय हुए खेत मे प्रयोग की जाती है । पानी को ऊपरी सतह पर बहुत सारी मात्रा में बहा दिया जाता है ।  (2) क्यारी बनाकर सिंचाई करना - इस विधि का प्रयोग भारत मे सबसे अधिक होता है , इस विधि में खेत मे क्यारी बनाने के बाद सिंचाई की जाती है । जिससे मृदा अपरदन कम मात्रा में होता है ।  (3) थाल विधि - इस प्रकार की विधि में पौधे के चारों ओर थाल बना देते है , जिससे पानी की खपत कम होती है । यह विधि मुख्य रूप से के...

         introduction of Mushroom मानव ने जब से पृथ्वी पर पदार्पण किया है, तभी से Fungi इस पृथ्वी पर है। कई ग्रन्थों में ऐसा लिखा मिला है कि प्रकृति अकेले सबसे पुरानी है और उस पर कला मशरूम है''। लैटिन भाषा में मशरूम की उत्पत्य "Fungo" शब्द से है, जिसका अर्थ Flourish है। जबकि ग्रीक भाषा में Mushroom शब्द "Sphonggos or sphoggOs से बना है, जिसका अर्थ "Sponge" अथवा  Sponge like structre से है। फ्रेंच भाषा में यह Mouse अथवा Moss शब्द से लिया गया है। संस्कृत भाषा में इसे ksutmpa तथा हिन्दी में Khurubi कहते हैं जबकि अन्य शब्दों में इसे कुकुरमुत्ता, कवक, भूमि कवक तथा भुस्तरना आदि नाम से जानते हैं। कुछ मशरूम खाने योग्य होते हैं, जबकि कुछ जहरीले होते हैं। जो जहरीले होते हैं उन्हें "Toard-stools" कहते हैं। यह वैज्ञानिक नाम नहीं है, वरन जहरीले और खाने वाले मशरूम में अन्तर करने के लिए इसका प्रयोग करते हैं। प्राचीन काल में ऐसा माना जाता था, कि चरागाह में उगने वाली मशरूम खाने वाली तथा सड़े हुये कूड़े पर, सड़े अण्डे पर, साँप के गड्ढों के पास तथा पे...
